General Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the financial and operational performance through the development and execution of long and short term strategies to maximise profitability and growth
  • Manage and achieve company annual operating and financial budget
  • Establish business plans and provide regular reports on regional performance, sales and financial budget analysis to the senior management
  • Ensure compliance of company policies, best practices and operations SOP while maintaining legislative compliance

Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Overall responsible of the operations network – HR and Training processes, cash handling policies, product SOPs, service standards and profit optimisation
  • Lead a team of Area and Branch Managers to manage outlet’s daily operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standard
  • Liaise with key stakeholders for new store planning and setups, implementation and proper communications of promotions, recruitment, retention and procurement activities
  • Set clear directions and goals for the operations team to achieve sales budget and manage costing

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible of day-to-day outlet operations involving sales, cashiering, staff management and customer handling
  • Achieve store sales targets, goals and objective
  • Ensure compliance of company policies, best practices and operations SOP
  • Ensure in-store display standards and guidelines are adhered to
  • Ensure outlet hygiene, cleanliness and housekeeping standards are in place and maintained at the highest level
  • Handle customer feedbacks
  • Assist to conduct on-the-job training to motivate and develop staff

Brand and Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement initiatives and projects that support the short and long-term marketing strategies of the company
    • Coordinate internal and external communications, e.g.: New store opening, brand presentations, departmental support for campaigns
    • Ensure all communication and marketing efforts are in line with brand strategy

    • Ensure brand compliance in-store display standards and guidelines
    • Lead the team on brand development work including marketing strategies, plans, advertising and promotions.
    • Develop an annual marketing calendar to achieve business objectives
    • Coordinate and manage digital PR, campaigns, crisis management and all media-related activities
    • Management of external parties, such as PR agencies, design and printing vendors
    • Perform regular reviews and reports on the performance of promotional activities, provide analysis and revised projections
    • Stay current of consumer profiles and market trends
    • Liaise with the Franchisor to ensure alignment of brand positioning, development plans and provide regular reports on performance

Requirements:

    • Degree/ Diploma, minimum 3 to 5 years’ relevant brand management and marketing experience, preferably in bakery, food, retail service or FMCG sector
